Bringing God’s Love To People In Need
Our less fortunate brothers and sisters need some of life’s most basic necessities right now, and the Missionary Oblates are called upon to step in and provide this help.
But we can’t do this alone.
Friends like you can help provide food to the hungry, medicine to the sick, shelter for the homeless and an education for some of the poorest children in the world. As we head into 2020, your generosity will enrich their lives next year.
Saint Eugene De Mazenod, the founder of the Missionary Oblates, had a first commandment to his missionaries: “First, you must treat people as human beings.” This commandment is being fulfilled every day by Oblates around the world.
In Zambia, Bp. Valentine Kalumba, O.M.I. is building a dormitory where girls from rural villages can live while attending school. In Brazil, Fr. John Drexel, O.M.I. rescues street children and provides them with a safe place to live. In New Orleans, Fr. Tony Rigoli, O.M.I. oversees an extensive homeless shelter and soup kitchen that provides basic necessities and hope to thousands of people every year.
Your gift will go directly towards these efforts as we push towards meeting our goal of $100,000 by the end of the year. Achieving this goal will allow us to continue to meet the increasing practical and spiritual challenges people face every day around the world.
Please partner with the Missionary Oblates to bring healing and hope to a world in need. Don’t delay. Make your year-end gift using the secure form below.
Thank you for your support.
