Let Us Join in Prayer for Lent
Ash Wednesday is February 14 and begins our 40 days of Lent. As Christians Lent is a time of looking inward with prayer and reflection and looking outward to take action with almsgiving. The Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate are always concerned with both the spiritual and physical needs of the poor and abandoned as we minister in the U.S. and 70 countries around the world.
As a thank you for your continued support and so we may be joined spiritually during this holy season of Lent, I want to offer a few gifts to strengthen your prayer life.
Make a gift of any amount on the form below by January 31, and I will send you our new booklet The Greatest Love, Praying the Stations of the Cross in time for Lent. I believe this booklet will be a blessing to you during your Lenten prayer journey this year.
Additionally, I have selected an Our Lady of Fatima Rosary as a special gift for you. During this penitent season, and the uncertain times we live in, I hope it serves as a reminder of Our Blessed Mother’s words: In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph.
Lastly, my brother Oblates and I would like to pray for your personal intentions at Mass this Lenten season. Click here to submit your intentions or scroll to the bottom of this page to have a Votive Candle lit for your needs at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows.
As we look forward to the holy season of Lent, I hope these gifts will help you deepen your faith and grow closer to God.
