We are excited to announce the launch of a special summer series in July from the Oblate Academy! Get ready for an unforgettable Summer Faith Formation, where together we will dive into the Mysteries of the Rosary and enrich our faith like never before. The summer program begins on July 15, 2024.

The Oblate Academy and my brother Oblates are committed to living out our vows with unwavering faithfulness, prayerfulness, boldness, and courage, serving the poor and most abandoned around the world.

This summer, we’re offering a fantastic opportunity to guide your children or grandchildren on their spiritual journey. Designed for children ages 3 – 10, our series aims to teach them about Christian virtues and the Mysteries of the Rosary in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way.

Our exciting focus this summer will be on the Mysteries of the Rosary: 

• The Joyful Mysteries (July 15, 2024): Reflect on the Annunciation, the Visitation, the Nativity, the Presentation, and the Finding of Jesus in the Temple, and embrace virtues like humility, charity, joy, obedience, and perseverance. 
• The Sorrowful Mysteries (July 22, 2024): Contemplate the Agony in the Garden, the Scourging at the Pillar, the Crowning with Thorns, the Carrying of the Cross, and the Crucifixion, and develop virtues such as sorrow for sin, purity, moral courage, patience, and perseverance. 
• The Glorious Mysteries (July 29, 2024): Celebrate the Resurrection, the Ascension, the Descent of the Holy Spirit, the Assumption, and the Coronation of Mary, and cultivate virtues of faith, hope, love, the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and the grace of final perseverance. 
• The Luminous Mysteries (August 5, 2024): Ponder the Baptism of Jesus, the Wedding at Cana, the Proclamation of the Kingdom, the Transfiguration, and the Institution of the Eucharist, and grow in virtues like openness to the Holy Spirit, trust in God, repentance, desire for holiness, and adoration.

This series is a wonderful chance to enrich your family’s faith life and help young ones appreciate the beauty of living a virtuous life inspired by the Mysteries of the Rosary. We’re here to support you with simple explanations and captivating stories that resonate with children.
