Pray for Oblate Vocations

May 21 is the Feast of St. Eugene de Mazenod, founder of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate. In honor of St. Eugene, Oblate Priests and Brothers around the world are praying a Novena for Oblate vocations.

During this time, we ask you to join us in prayer that God will continue calling men to follow in St. Eugene’s footsteps to minister to those most in need around the world.

We also ask that you will prayerfully consider helping those who made the decision to follow God’s call.

The Harvest is Abundant, The Laborers are Few

There is growing realization that there will not be enough priests to administer sacraments in the future. We must also realize the investment of time and resources, both human and financial, required to help those who have answered God’s call in their lives.

Through each step of formation, these young men put their faith in God to provide their needs. Costs range from $19,000 annually in the Pre-Novitiate program, to $55,000 in the Novitiate, and over $25,000 in the Scholasticate.

We rely on the generosity of our co-missionaries to sustain and grow our formation program – to shape the future of the Oblates together.

There are two ways to contribute.

Our Seminarian Sponsorship Club offers away for you to make small, monthly gift in order to supply the needs of Seminarians throughout the Missionary Oblate formation program. Simply click below to enroll today for your pledged gift of $10 or more.
