Hope in the Darkness: Be the Light for Others

In a world filled with uncertainty, struggles, and hardship, hope is the light that leads us forward. No matter how dark the path may seem, God’s love and mercy shine brightly, offering strength and renewal.

Imagine someone in need, feeling the pangs of hunger, uncertain of where their next meal will come from. Envision an eager learner, standing on the threshold of education, unable to step inside a classroom due to financial constraints. These are the heartbreaking realities that many face every day.

Through compassion and collective effort, we have the power to change these stories and bring hope and relief to those who need it most. Guided by this unwavering faith, the Missionary Oblates dedicate themselves to serving those in greatest need.

Bringing Faith and Hope to the World

The Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate were founded on January 25, 1816, by St. Eugène de Mazenod in Aix-en-Provence, France. The congregation was established to renew the Roman Catholic Church in France and to serve the most abandoned and poor communities. Today, we continue our mission in 70 countries, bringing hope, compassion, and spiritual nourishment to the most vulnerable populations.

Through your generosity, the Missionary Oblates can continue making a profound impact in places such as:

  • New Orleans: Providing nourishing meals to those in desperate need.
  • White Earth Reservation in Minnesota: Offering comfort and spiritual guidance.
  • Haiti: Ensuring safety and protection for those affected by disasters.

Will you help us bring Christ’s light to those in darkness? Give Today.
