Bring Christ’s Love to Those Who Suffer
At the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, we are dedicated to following Christ’s call to serve the most vulnerable—those who are poor, forgotten, or suffering. Every day, the Missionary Oblates bring comfort, hope, and healing to those in desperate need, offering both physical aid and spiritual nourishment.
Among those whose lives we have touched is Anna Clavia, a young woman whose story is a powerful testament to the transformative power of faith and compassion.
A Life of Struggle, A Spirit of Resilience
Anna Clavia is just 18 years old and lives in Tijuana, Mexico. As a child, she suffered a severe head injury that left her unable to speak or walk. Today, she endures daily seizures, and her frail body fights against unimaginable challenges. Yet, despite everything, her spirit remains unbroken.
She is one of many who rely on the Missionary Oblates for food, medical care, and spiritual support. Without help, she and her family would face these struggles alone.
“Love your neighbor as yourself. Show mercy to those in need, just as the Good Samaritan cared for the wounded stranger with compassion and kindness.” – Luke 10:25-37
Inspired by the Good Samaritan’s boundless mercy and love, we at the Missionary Oblates are committed to helping Anna and people like her to rediscover hope. However, we cannot do it alone.
Your Generosity Can Change Lives
Through your support, we are able to provide people like Anna with:
- Nutritious meals to nourish the body
- Medical equipment and care to ease suffering
- Spiritual guidance and prayer to strengthen faith
- A community of love and support to remind them they are not forgotten
Every donation is an act of mercy. It is through your kindness and faith that we can continue to bring Christ’s healing presence to those most in need.
