Daily Prayer 10/23
Thursday of the Twenty-ninth Week in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen
Holy Father’s Intention for October 2025: For collaboration between different religious traditions
Let us pray that believers in different religious traditions might work together to defend and promote peace, justice, and human fraternity. (USCCB.org)
Gospel Reading of the Day: Luke 12:49-53
Daily Prayer:
Lord Jesus, You said You came to bring fire—let that fire burn in me. When following You feels lonely or costs me relationships, hold me close to Your heart. Give me strength to choose Your peace over the world’s comfort, and courage to stand firm in total faith in You. Amen
