Daily Prayer 9/21
Memorial of Our Lady of Sorrows
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen
Holy Father’s Intention for September 2026:
For the care of water
Let us pray for a just and sustainable management of water, a vital resource, so that everyone may have equal access to it. (USCCB.org)
Gospel Reading of the Day: Matthew 9:9-13
Daily Prayer:
Lord Jesus, when You call me, help me respond with an open heart, just as St. Matthew did. Give me the courage to leave behind old habits, fears, and anything that draws me away from You. Remind me that Your loving mercy is always greater than my failures and sins. May the way I live each day point others to follow You, the Good News of our salvation. Amen.
