Daily Prayer 10/9
Friday of the XXVII Week in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen
Holy Father’s Intention for October 2026:
For mental health ministry
Let us pray that the mental health ministry be established throughout the Church, helping to overcome the stigma and discrimination of persons with mental illnesses. (USCCB.org)
Gospel Reading of the Day: Luke 11:15-26
Daily Prayer:
Lord Jesus, fill my heart with Your light and help me see things the way You do. When something tries to pull me away from You, give me the wisdom and strength to stay close to You. Help me choose what is good, loving, and pleasing in Your sight. May Your presence guide me, strengthen me, and give me peace throughout this day. Amen.
