Daily Prayer 10/20

Monday of the Twenty-ninth Week in Ordinary Time

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen

Let us pray that believers in different religious traditions might work together to defend and promote peace, justice, and human fraternity. (USCCB.org)

Gospel Reading of the Day:  Luke 12:13-21

Daily Prayer:

Lord of Wisdom, sometimes I chase after things that don’t satisfy, like material things, success, and control. But You remind me that life is not about storing up possessions, it is about being rich in heavenly treasures. Help me let go of what does not last and hold on to what truly matters. I want to live a life that always satisfies You and not just full of earthly things. Amen
