Daily Prayer 12/21

Fourth Sunday of Advent
O Antiphon of the Day: O Dayspring (O Oriens)

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen

Let us pray that Christians living in areas of war or conflict, especially in the Middle East, might be seeds of peace, reconciliation, and hope. (USCCB.org)

Gospel Reading of the Day:  Matthew 1:18-24

Daily Prayer:

O Dayspring, I thank You for showing me that Your plans are greater than my understanding. Help me trust You like St. Joseph did, even when life feels confusing. Give me courage to obey Your voice without hesitation. Every day, remind me that Jesus is Emmanuel, God with us, and God with me. Let my heart rest in Your presence and follow Your will today. Amen
