Daily Prayer 12/27
Feast of St. John, Apostle and Evangelist
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen
Holy Father’s Intention for December 2025: For Christians in areas of conflict
Let us pray that Christians living in areas of war or conflict, especially in the Middle East, might be seeds of peace, reconciliation, and hope. (USCCB.org)
Gospel Reading of the Day: John 20:1-8
Daily Prayer:
Lord Messiah, in the quiet of my doubts, let me run to You like St. John ran to the empty tomb. Give me eyes to see signs of life where others see only loss. Teach me to believe even when I don’t fully understand. Help me love You with that same faithful heart that never left Your side. May my hope forever rise with Yours, stronger than all fear. Amen
