Daily Prayer 1/7

Wednesday after Epiphany

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen

Let us pray that praying with the Word of God be nourishment for our lives and a source of hope in our communities, helping us build a more fraternal and missionary Church. (dailyprayers.org)

Gospel Reading of the Day:  Mark 6:45-52

Daily Prayer:

Lord Savior, sometimes the waves of life feel so strong that I can’t see You through the storm. But You come to me, even when I am afraid and my heart is hard. Teach me to trust You more than the storms that scare me. Calm my fears, Lord, and remind me that You are always in the boat with me. Thank You for never giving up on me. Amen.
