Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen

Daily Prayer:
Lord Jesus, on this Memorial of St. Teresa of Avila, help me slow down and spend time with You each day. Teach me to speak to You honestly and to listen with an open heart and mind. Give me the courage to trust You and follow where You lead, even when it is difficult. May our friendship grow deeper every day, and may Your love guide everything I think, say, and do. Amen.
