Daily Prayer 10/23
Friday of the XXIX Week in Ordinary Time
Morning Offering:
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen
Holy Father’s Intention for October 2026:
For mental health ministry
Let us pray that the mental health ministry be established throughout the Church, helping to overcome the stigma and discrimination of persons with mental illnesses. (USCCB.org)
Gospel Reading of the Day: Luke 12:54-59
Daily Prayer:
Lord Jesus, help me notice Your presence and the ways You are working in my life each day. When I have decisions to make, give me Your wisdom to choose what is right and the courage to decide. Teach me to make peace with others and not put off what needs to be done. May I trust You, follow Your guidance, and walk each day with a peaceful heart. Amen.
