Daily Prayer 9/21

Twenty-fifth Sunday in Ordinary Time

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen

Let us pray that, inspired by Saint Francis, we might experience our interdependence with all creatures who are loved by God and worthy of love and respect. (USCCB.org)

Gospel Reading of the Day:  Luke 16:1-13

Daily Prayer:

Lord God, I don’t want to serve two masters. I feel the pull of money, comfort, and control, but I know only You can truly satisfy. Help me be faithful with what You have given me, even in the small things. Teach me to trust You more than anything else, so I may serve you now and always. Amen
