New St. Eugene Statue

A bronze statue of St. Eugene De Mazenod was recently blessed and installed in the vestibule of the Shrine Church at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows.  The statue was a gift from a generous benefactor of the Oblates and was created by an artist in Mexico City who is also an Oblate Associate.   Saint Eugene De Mazenod is the founder of the Missionary Oblates and was canonized a saint in 1995.
